VoIP Telephony

A VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephone system, will allow you to take advantage of excellent calling rates, a greatly enhanced feature set and flexibility when compared to most traditional business telephone systems.

A telephone system for most small businesses usually comprise of 3 components, the Private Branch Exchange Device (PBX/PABX), the handsets (deskphones), and call trunks (e.g. ISDN) supplied by a Telephone Company (Telco).

A VoIP telephone similarly comprises of the same main components, only the geared towards the calls being transmitted via Internet Protocol, enabling calls to travel or Computer networks and the Internet.
