We provide IT Support & Service both Remotely (Australia Wide) and at your Location i.e. On-site (Greater Melbourne).

We charge in 15 minute Increments/Blocks for both Remote & Onsite.

We charge a single Callout Fee in addition to any time for onsite Support or Service

And a minimum time of 15 minutes for either Remote or Onsite Support or Service.

We offer purchase of these items via credits to allow flexibility.
