If you would like us to connect to your Computer Remotely in order to assist with your IT issue, please click on the below “Remote Support” button.
This will initiate a download of the software tool (Team Viewer) required onto your device.
You should see a new window popup on your screen similar to the below, please click “Save File”

Once downloaded click “Run” to start the Remote Support tool.
Once running (may take a few moments) a new Window similar to the below should appear on your screen showing a unique ID & Password that we will ask you to let us know in order to allow us to connect to your Computer or Device
